This Agreement governs identity review services applicable to foreign nationals who use the Platform or apply for Platform verification services.
1. Submitted Materials
Users may be required to submit passport information, entry or residency documents, identity-supporting materials, translations, and other necessary documents according to the Platform’s published review requirements.
2. Review and Verification
The Platform and lawful service providers may review the submitted materials for authenticity, consistency, compliance, and service eligibility. The Platform may request supplementary documents where necessary.
3. User Responsibility and Compliance
Users remain responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are truthful, lawful, valid, and appropriately authorized. Submission of forged, altered, or unauthorized documents may result in rejection, restriction, or further governance measures.
