This Agreement governs users’ application for honor verification services and the Platform’s handling of honorary credentials, awards, and other honor-related materials.
1. Submission Requirements
Users must ensure that all submitted honorary certificates, awards, commendation records, or related supporting materials are true, lawful, valid, and properly authorized for verification and display purposes.
2. Review and Decision
The Platform may review the authenticity, validity, relevance, and display suitability of submitted honor-related materials. The Platform may request supplementary materials, reject applications, or revoke verification where materials are false, disputed, or otherwise non-compliant.
3. Display and Responsibility
Where approved, the corresponding honor verification result may be displayed on the Platform. Users remain fully responsible for the legality, authenticity, and authorization basis of the submitted materials.
