Membership Top-up Agreement

This Agreement governs membership top-up and related member services on the SkillUPEDLIV platform. By completing a membership top-up through official platform channels, the user confirms that the user has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the Platform’s related rules.

1. Membership Status and Preconditions

Membership is available only to valid registered users whose accounts are in normal status. Membership is personal to the user and may not be rented, lent, transferred, resold, or otherwise provided for use by any third party.

2. Membership Plans and Benefits

The Platform may offer different monthly membership packages, pricing tiers, durations, and corresponding benefits, including but not limited to access to certain Platform functions, discount entitlements, AI tool quotas, customer service privileges, and complimentary Xingli points. Specific standards shall be subject to the Platform’s published pages and notices.

3. Top-up, Payment, and Effectiveness

Users shall complete top-up through official and lawful platform channels. Membership becomes effective in accordance with the rules publicly displayed by the Platform at the time of launch and activation. The Platform may, in accordance with law and reasonable notice, adjust pricing, package structure, or membership rights due to operational, market, or cost considerations.

4. Restrictions and Compliance

Users shall not use membership services in any unlawful, abusive, or technically disruptive manner. The Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership-related rights where violations, fraud, abuse, or other rule breaches are identified.

5. Rule Coordination

This Agreement shall be read together with the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Xingli Usage Rules, and the Xingli Top-up Purchase Agreement.
