This Policy applies to all transaction scenarios on the Platform, including course purchase, reservation, rescheduling, write-off verification, settlement, refund requests, and dispute handling. By placing an order, accepting an order, making a reservation, completing verification, or requesting a refund through the Platform, the relevant user acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Policy.
1. Platform Positioning
The Platform is a transaction-matching and technical support platform for course purchasers and course publishers. It does not directly provide offline teaching services and does not, absent express written commitment, guarantee offline service outcomes or the performance of independent publishers.
2. Pre-Purchase Notice
Before placing an order, users must carefully review the course detail page, order confirmation page, pricing, applicable audience, reservation rules, group-booking requirements, write-off process, refund restrictions, and all other material transaction information.
3. Order Formation and Payment
An order is established after the purchaser completes the order placement process and pays the full displayed amount. Funds are processed through lawful third-party payment institutions in accordance with applicable payment and clearing rules.
4. Reservation, Rescheduling, and Verification
Users must complete reservations according to platform rules and course disclosures. Rescheduling, where supported, is subject to the applicable published rules and the final system status displayed by the Platform.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are handled according to the relevant transaction stage, the applicable page disclosures, platform rules, and any mandatory legal requirements. Malicious ordering, malicious refund requests, false transactions, arbitrage, and other conduct disrupting transaction order are prohibited.
6. Customer Service and Risk Control
The Platform may provide notice delivery, customer service coordination, complaint handling, and transaction risk-control measures within a reasonable scope in order to support lawful and orderly operation.
