This Agreement governs users’ submission of educational records and the Platform’s handling of education verification services.
1. Authorization and Submission
Users authorize the Platform and lawful service providers to review and verify diplomas, degrees, transcripts, enrollment or graduation records, or other educational materials submitted for verification.
2. User Representations
Users represent and warrant that all educational materials submitted are true, lawful, valid, and properly authorized for use in verification. Fabricated, altered, or unauthorized submissions are prohibited.
3. Verification and Display
The Platform may verify, approve, reject, or request supplementary materials according to legal requirements and platform standards. Where approved, the resulting verification status may be displayed through Platform certification functions.
