This Agreement governs identity verification services for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan residents using the Platform.
1. Authorization and Scope
Where users submit identity documents or related materials for review, the user authorizes the Platform and lawful service providers to carry out verification, authenticity review, compliance inspection, and related processing necessary for platform services.
2. User Undertakings
Users undertake that all documents, certificates, translations, and supporting materials submitted for verification are truthful, lawful, valid, and properly authorized. Submission of forged, altered, expired, or unauthorized materials is prohibited.
3. Review and Result Handling
The Platform may, according to applicable law, service rules, and internal standards, accept, reject, or request supplementary materials. Where approved, relevant verification status may be displayed through Platform certification functions.
