This Policy applies to user-generated content, course-related content, comments, direct messages, profile materials, and other content published, displayed, transmitted, reviewed, or otherwise managed on the Platform. It is intended to regulate content publication conduct, maintain a healthy content ecosystem, protect lawful rights and interests, and prevent unlawful or harmful information.
1. General Rules
This Policy forms a core part of the Platform’s governance system together with the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Users must ensure that all published content is lawful, authentic, authorized, and does not infringe the rights and interests of any third party.
2. User-Generated Content Standards
Users may not publish unlawful, abusive, defamatory, privacy-violating, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited content. Misappropriation, plagiarism, content farming, and the use of disguised words or symbols to evade review are prohibited.
3. Course Content Standards
Course publishers must ensure that course descriptions, promotional materials, pricing, claimed qualifications, and course arrangements are truthful, lawful, and consistent with actual performance capabilities. Professional, regulated, or qualification-sensitive categories must satisfy all applicable compliance requirements.
4. Review and Enforcement
The Platform may conduct automated screening, manual review, random sampling, follow-up review, and report-based review. Where violations are identified, the Platform may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict publication, suspend functions, or take account-level governance action according to the severity of the violation.
5. Reporting and Appeals
Users may report unlawful or rule-violating content through designated channels. The Platform may review reports, request additional information, and process appeals according to internal rules, service needs, and applicable legal requirements.
