The Platform will provide reasonable support within its role as an information and transaction-support platform and will coordinate according to law and platform rules.
3. Payment and Rights Protection
Payment, refund, order handling, dispute processing, and merchant-governance measures in WeChat-related scenarios remain subject to applicable laws, WeChat payment rules, Platform transaction rules, and Platform consumer-protection arrangements.
