This Agreement governs users’ top-up and purchase of Xingli on the Platform. By purchasing Xingli through official channels, users acknowledge that they understand the nature of Xingli as a virtual entitlement and accept the Platform’s related rules.
1. Nature of the Product
Xingli is a virtual entitlement used within the Platform ecosystem only. It does not constitute legal currency, bank-stored value, securities, or any investment product, and it may not be used outside the Platform unless expressly provided by law or official platform rules.
2. Official Purchase Channels
Users must complete top-up and purchase through the Platform’s official channels only. Any purchase, transfer, or transaction through unofficial channels is outside the Platform’s protection scope and may lead to restriction or recovery measures.
3. Payment and Crediting
After payment is successfully completed, the corresponding amount of Xingli will be credited to the relevant account in accordance with the Platform’s displayed process and transaction record. The Platform may adjust top-up tiers, pricing, or available packages with lawful notice.
4. Refund and Anti-Abuse Rules
Refunds, reversal processing, or remedial arrangements shall be handled according to the Platform’s published rules, payment compliance requirements, and anti-fraud controls. Malicious refund applications, arbitrage, fraudulent transactions, or abuse of technical loopholes are prohibited.
